Overview

Excellent spacious apartment with garden views. this apartment is well furnished and has air conditioning two good sized bedrooms and fully fitted well equipped kitchen.
There is an underground parking space the complex has 24 hour security and a guard regularly patrols the grounds.
The complex is on the famous Golden Mile of Marbella and is situated close to the King of Saudi Palace.
The Old Town of Marbella is approximately 25 minutes walk or a 15 mins stroll will get you into the heart of Puerto Banus.
Toni Dallis restaurant and Tony Romas Ribhouse both famous eating places are both extremely close and come highly recommended.
The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with fresh
linen and there is a maid service every seven days.

Location & area

Marbella motto is "A way of life" and this luxuries resort town seems to have it all and is, once again rising to the forefront as a favorite location with the rich and famous, as well as the ordinary folk among us are willing to spend that little extra on some luxury and class in Spain's equivalent to St Tropez. But Marbella has a down to earth side too which is best appreciated by exploring the back streets and old part of the town.



One of the prettiest places is the famous Orange Square which is located just of the main street in the old part of Marbella town this is what makes Marbella such an interesting place to visit as it has got everything, great shopping, gorgeous parks, and large open spaces and a small labyrinth of little back streets, where you will find locals homes intermingled with the restaurants and shops to create an atmosphere of a small village rather than a large town.


Marbella Fun Beach



A day out to the fun beach which is located just a few kilometers from Dunas de Marbella and is only a short drive from Calahonda, you will find everything from go-carting to an assault course and don't forget to try the aqua banana and the jet skies. Car parking is readily available on-site although this could get quite busy during high season and also on family day in Spain which is on a Sunday so go early!
