Overview

This is a well presented and extremely spacious ground floor apartment located close to the community pool. The complex is well kept and maintained and there a sun beds provided for sunbathing and ample sun bathing places.

The apartment benefits from A/C both hot and cold, allotted above ground parking space and security on site. The beach is only a very short walk away where you will find some beach bars and also water sports in the summer.



Marbella and Elviria are only 10 minutes away by car and you can also travel to Puerto Banus easily, all of these popular locations have great nightlife and shopping.



Marbella fun beach is located 5 minutes drive from the apartment and makes a fun day out for all the family, here you can try pedal boats, jet skies, Go-karts and many other exciting activities.

Aqua park can be found only 15 minutes away drive from the apartment, you can spend a fun packed day here on various water slides and there are also picnic areas and restaurants, the park caters for all ages and is open from Mid April to September.

Separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and extractor fan a utility room with a washing machine and microwave.



Lounge dinner this is extremely spacious and includes a dinning table and chairs with seating for four people, two sofas, TV, music centre, video and DVD player and patio doors to the terrace with a patio set for 4 persons and direct access onto the community garden via a small gate and straight to the pool area.



Master bedroom this is en-suite and has two twin beds bedside cabinet, large double wardrobe draw set and patio doors leading to the terrace.

Location & area

One of the prettiest places is the famous Orange Square which is located just of the main street in the old part of Marbella town this is what makes Marbella such an interesting place to visit as it has got everything, great shopping, gorgeous parks, and large open spaces and a small labyrinth of little back streets, where you will find locals homes intermingled with the restaurants and shops to create an atmosphere of a small village rather than a large town.
