Situated just 200 yards from Santa Clara club with full restaraunt,bar and terrace facilities.A perfect location for those who like a peaceful holiday yet close to all facilities including wonderful beaches, the beautiful old town of Marbellla and of course the glamour of Puerto Banus.

Spread over 2 floors with 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom all of the bedrooms benefit from designer en suite bathroom/shower rooms with a further shower and toilet on the ground floor.

There is a modern kitchen/diner with all new Bosch appliances suitable for any one with flair and of course the creative chef in the party! A separate dining room with full facilities for 6 people overlooks the private garden and double sliding doors opens onto the lounge.

The elegant, comfortable lounge has large patio doors opening to the private terrace and garden areas with lovely views over Santa Clara Golf course and Marbella Golf Course to the rear of the villa.

There are also wonderful sea views,and the east coast of Marbella offers the best blue flag beaches in the area with natural golden sand (the beach is 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the villa) and of course not forgetting the commanding views of 'La Concha' mountain - the sun sets are stunning from the terrace!

There is a communal swimming pool just 100yards from the villa with changing facilities and toilets all finished in Marble with an attendant on duty in high season.Sun Beds and Chairs available free of charge at the pool
