ABOUT THE VILLA
This luxury holiday home has two floors and an enclosed garden with a large private swimming-pool and six lounge-chairs. The pool has plenty of space to relax and sunbath and BBQ
The villa is furnished with three bedrooms which suits for 6 persons. Furthermore a baby cot is available.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, cable TV. The kitchen is well and fully-equipped with a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment and washing machine.
One of the bedrooms on the upper floor which has entrance to the large balcony.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished.
On both floors there is a bathroom. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a wash basin, shower and toilet. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bath, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
ABOUT MOSA TRAJECTUM
The exclusive golf resort Mosa Trajectum is situated between the unspoilt beaches of the Costa Cᬩda and the pleasant city Murcia. The resort lies at the foot of the Murcian hills and at the borders of an UNESCO owned Nature Reserve. This surrounding is the perfect place for among others hiking, biking, horse riding and mountain biking.
Mosa Trajectum is situated only 10 km from Murcia and 85 km south of Alicante. Further it is a short 15 minutes drive to the beaches of the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor.
The heart of Mosa Trajectum is a Parador which is rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant. In the near future the resort will be expanded with commercial zones, containing a wealth of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, a medical centre and a sport resort. Just outside Mosa Trajectum (approx. 400 mtr) you will find two typical Spanish restaurants where you can also buy some fresh products (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables).
