Lovely two bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, superbly located just 5 minutes to the centre of the resort, and just a few minutes walk to the resort supermarket.

ABOUT LA TORRE RESORT

The prestige La Torre 5* resort hosts some of the best facilities around. Super quality restaurants, dine al la carte, to modern designed bars in the middle of the lake (due to open in the near future). The resort has villas and apartments built around many lakes and communal pools, and the Jack Nicklaus golf courses. There is also a supermarket and health care centre, Spanish tapas bar, Italian restaurant, old fashioned sports style bar. Also a further tapas bar and a la carte restaurant at the golf club house (all open now). La Torre is just 20 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. Flights are to Murcia (20 minutes -22km) or Alicante (60 minutes - 100km)

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.   • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
