Casa Suenos is located on the Mar Menor Golf Resort designed by Jack Nicklaus. The villa has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and room fans as well as the air conditioning.You are within a 10 minute drive fro MurciaSan Javier Airport and a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Beaches of the Mar MenorAlicante airport is approximately 45 minutes away.The villa is furnished to a high standard and is a real home from home. You can play golf on the resort or on one of the many other courses all within a 20 minute drive. There are many family activities be it golf, tennis,water sports or sightseeing. Murcia has a new water park which is open in high season and the theme park Terra Mitica at Benidorm is about an hour away.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
Unfortunately the communal pool wasn't open during our stay but we had super fun in the villa pool and most days the kids didn't want to leave to go on a trip. My 6 year old loved the steps as he isn't a confident swimmer - big bonus to have steps!!! The villa was extremely well equipped and lots of information to hand for the local area.
We loved the food places just outside the resort (tapas bar was great).
We will definitely return to this area and if it's available, will be renting this villa again.
