This new apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and bathroom. It also has air conditioning.



The property also has a separate terrace therefore providing alot of outdoor space.The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is necessary for your self catering holiday.



The apartment is situated in the village of Mar De Cristal which has shops and restaurants within walking distance.



The Mar Menor enjoys average temperatures of 30c during the summer months. With an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and this being one of the driest regions of Spain, it makes an ideal holiday destination in both summer and winter.



There are activities to suit all ages and these include horse riding, go-karting, tennis, golfing and a vast range of nautical sports.



La Manga club is around 5 minutes by car and this offers numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and many other activities so you can do as little or as much as you like on your holiday.
