Overview

Casa Guillermo is a typical andalucian three bedroom house situated right in the heart of Algarrobo Pueblo. 4km from the beaches of Algarrobo Costa and approximately ten minutes drive from Torrox Costa.
The Pueblo itself is a maze of narrow winding streets and row upon row of steps but if you want to experience the Real Spain then this is the holiday home for you. However it is not for the faint hearted or anyone that is not fully abled bodied purely due to it´s location.
The house itself is surrounded on all sides by friendly Spanish neighbours who, in no time at all, will be knocking on your door with gifts of fruit and vegetables usually home grown and their children will happily play all day with any children staying in Casa Guillermo. Language not being a problem in the world of play.
Parking is available at the rear of the roof terrace and access to the house this way is via a steep metal staircase. Alternatively parking is provided in the municipal car park, some five minutes walk away and you can amble through the steep winding streets and access the property via the front door.
The house is very well equiped and consists of the following:-
BEDROOM 1 - one double bed.
BEDROOM 2 - two single beds and an en-suite bathroom complete with toilet, handbasin and mixer tap shower.
BEDROOM 3 - one single bed.
KITCHEN - A well stocked kitchen containing an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Please note there is no microwave oven.
FAMILY BATHROOM - Bath, Mixer Tap Shower Over Bath, toilet, handbasin
DINNING ROOM - Large dinning table to seat four
LOUNGE AREA consisting of large corner sofa and large coffee table.
TELEVISION - Please note there is a small TV showing channels in a variety of languages in the lounge area.
TERRACE - The large walled terrace overlooks the pueblo, the neighbours and has spectacular mountain views.
SWIMMING POOL - Please note that the house does not have access to a swimming pool. However in the summer months there is an outdoor municipal pool open in the Pueblo itself approximately ten minutes walk from the house. The municipal swimming pool is open yearly from June to September.
BED LINEN / TOWELS: Bed linen is provided as are towels for use within the house. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
Parking is available at the rear of the property or in the municipal car park some five minutes walk away.
Algarrobo Pueblo is still very traditional and has many small local bars and cafe/restaurants, small bakers/food shops.
Many of the older residents meet on the street corners to sit and watch the world go by, have a chat or play dominoes and will happily pass the time of day with anyone that has a few moments to spare and who wish to practice their spanish.

The property is situated in Algarrobo Pueblo. Approximately 45 mins drive from Malaga airport. The coast/beach resort of Algarrobo Costa is situated approximately 4km away. The beach resort of Torrox Costa is approximately 10 minutes drive away and Nerja is approximately 20 minutes drive away. There is a large shopping centre approximately 10 minutes drive from the property at El Ingenio, Velez Malaga, which is the nearest large town.
