Overview

Luxury 2 bedroomed apartment with large balcony, a lift for access, and parking. The apartment boasts wonderful views of the coast and surrounding countryside. It has large communal gardens with well kept pools and ample sunbeds. It is within walking distance of unspoilt beaches and is a short drive to internationally famous golf courses of San Roque and Valderrama. The lovely marina of La Duquesa is also just a short drive away, and the town of Estepona, with its brand new promenade, seafront bars, cafes, shops and excellent beaches.

Location & area

Manilva is a white fishing village which lies on the coast at the southwesternmost edge of the Spanish province of Malaga on its border with the province of Cadiz in southern Andalucia, Spain. As Manilva is off the costal road it is as yet upspoilt and while it does contain a large number of holiday homes the majority of its inhabitants are Spanish.



There are a variety of different things to do in the area, including water activities, such as Scuba Diving, Dolphin Safari and boat trips, and exploring the history of the village. The town contains well preserved Roman Sulphur Baths and an aqueduct. There is also a small marina named Puerto Duquesa nearby, a small fishing hamlet called Castillo de la Duquesa, and a number of golf courses surrounding the area.
