Overview

Benatalaya is situated in a stunning position with panoramic views, from Marbella and the " La Concha " mountain and along the coast to Gibraltar.

This is a two bedroomed luxury apartment. The apartment is set in fantastic landscaped gardens, with a choice of three communal swimming pools.

Bedrooms are all ensuite with bath or shower, a very large and spacious living/dining area, fully fitted kitchen, a utility room and terrace or garden. All apartments are furnished to a very high standard.

One great feature of Benatalaya is the spa facility, with a heated pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. All this is available to those staying at this complex.

Benatalaya has very easy access to the toll road, beach and a typical andalucian village.

Location & area

Benahavis is a mountain village situated between Marbella, Estepona, and Ronda, on the southern face of La Serrania de Ronda mountain range, seven kilometers from the coast. It is renowned for its restaurants, and is often called the dining room of Costa del Sol. More than seventy percent of the Benahavis area is officially classified as being of environmental interest. One of the most beautiful parts of the area is Las Angosturas, rich in wildlife and vegetation and ideal for rural tourism, trekking and cycling right through the year.



There are nine golf courses in the municipality. Part of the success of the game of golf in Benahavís is the wonderful landscape surrounding the courses. These days, despite the advent of tourism to the town, it remains a typical Andalusian mountain village with a rich historical past.
