This excellent holiday home is divided into 3 stories, situated just off the 4th Hole of the Duquesa Golf Course.
Ground floor has a modern and well equipped kitchen, with all the mod cons, a full bathoom with shower and a bath, and a lounge diner with patio doors that open onto a private terrace/garden area.
The house is beautifully finished with luxury furniture in order to offer a comfortable and stylish base from which to enjoy your holiday in the Costa Del Sol.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms in total, a double with full ensuite and private terrace overlooking the pool. The second bedroom is a further double, and there is also a third small double bedroom, with a single bed, plus pull out mattress, perfect for children.
The third story is a private rooftop garden, perfect for lazy afternoons or some private sunbathing.
The property is situated in a beautiful private urbanisation just a short walk away from the Port Of Duquesa, where there is a host entertainment for both the day and night.
This area is ideally suited for family holidays in the summer, singles and couples during the rest of the year, and of course the areas enormous selection of golf courses ofer fantastic golf challenges whatever the weather.

The jewel of the Southern Coast.
The Southern coast's best kept secret, Duquesa marina lies west of Marbella just about an hour from Malaga airport (70km) and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport (40km).

Lying only 1km from Duquesa along the main A7, Sabinillas is a quiet town with a street market every Friday and a massive car boot sale and market (Sabinillas rasto) every Sunday morning - just the thing for those looking for a bargain. Not far from the bigger resorts of Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banús,
Sabinillas retains its own character and has a flourishing community where a large number of English residents live comfortably alongside their Spanish neighbours.
An inviting seafront promenade with flourishing pavement cafes and bars are one of Sabinillas' great attractions. While the village itself has the atmosphere for those who want a touch of the real Spain, it also has a reputation for superb seafood bars and restaurants and a superb sandy beach that stretches the entire length of the village.
Sabinillas is a peaceful place which provides a welcome alternative to some of the more bustling resorts. Nothing moves quickly here, but it still has all the facilities you need on holiday.
