Overview

Stunning Brand New Luxury Apartments located in the exclusive area of Benahavis.

These two apartments are located on one of the best urbanisations on the coast.

The facilities onsite include four outdoor swimming pools (one freeform), one heated indoor swimming pool. gym, sauna and indoor spa which is free to use for all holiday makers. The urbanisation also has private access onto the Atalaya golf course.

There is 24 hour security, underground parking and lovely tropical gardens.

The apartments are large with spacious terraces with sea and golf views. We have two apartments one of the first floor and a ground floor apartment with private garden.

Both apartments have been furnished to a high standard.

The lounge dining area is spacious with two sofas, dining table which easily seats six. There is also a large LCD tv, dvd player and cd music system.

From the lounge diner is a large terrace with seating for six and views of the golf course and the sea.

The large kitchen has granite worktops, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. The utility area has washer and tumbledryer.

Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds that can be setup as either singles or king size beds. In the bedrooms are also flatscreen TVs and MP3 Stations.

The bathrooms are truly luxurious with large baths, twin sinks and a walkin shower.

These apartments are perfect for a short break, golf holiday or familiy getaway.
