Overview

Situated less than 200 metres from the lovely beach and famous Pine Walk this 1 bedroomed ground floor apartment in a small private block of apartments with communal swimming pool. This apartment overlooks lovely private gardens with the pool to the side.

Although purpose built for holiday rental, this has now been refurbished by the new owner for a more comfortable, homely feel. Small but compact.

It comprises of 1 double bedroom with twin beds; a lounge dining room with sofa bed for 2 persons and a further single sofa if required. Patio doors open out to a small furnished terrace which overlooks the gardens. It has an American style kitchen and a full sized bathroom. Ideal for a family or couples.

This is a very popular & well sort after area. Directly across the road is the Flora Aparthotel which is open to non-residents as it the Hotel Playa Azul just along the road. The Market Square and famous restaurants which suround it is just 2 mins walk away. The Marina just a short stroll away.
