This spacious 3 bedrooms apartment located on a peaceful neighborhood in the centre of Madrid is the best option for accommodation of families with children, persons going to Madrid for business, elderly and in general for people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city main areas and far of the old city noise.

It has easy access to buses, subway (Filipinas, Canal or Rios Rosas) and not very far of two Railway Stations (Nuevos Ministerios and Principe Pio)

It is at 20 minutes walking distance from Plaza de España and other old town areas where you can go either in a few minutes by bus or subway. On the other hand, it is 200 metres far of Parque de Santander, an ideal park for children.

Restaurants, tapa's bars, shops, market, supermarkets and parking are within walking distance.
