Location & area

The apartment is located in calle Toledo, in the heart of the La Latina area famous for its variety of restaurants and bars. From the apartment you can walk to many city attractions in the centre and also park areas including Cornisa park less than a kilometre away.

To the north east you can reach the Royal Palace, approximately a kilometre away, and to the north you'll get to Sol area and 'Zero kilometres' centre of Spain.

In the same direction you'll get to Gran Via which is famous for its buildings symbolic of Madrid and also shops, cinemas and theatres.
