You will be just next to the Plaza Mayor, in one of Madrid's best neighbourhoods. Only 5 minutes walking from Puerta del Sol and surrounded by well-known restaurants and a wide range of possible options for cultural visits and tourism, such as the Royal Palace, The Royal , Teatro Espanol, Teatro Calderon, Madrid de los Austrias, Plaza de Santa Ana, Museo del Prado and Thyssen Museum.

To a minute walking from the apartament you'll find the Cava Baja and Alta Cava, two streets known for their gastronomy and leisure, with internationally renowned restaurants such as the legendary Casa Lucio. In addition, you can visit small taverns at affordable prices which offer delicious "Tapas" . And if you are interested in shopping, just a short distance away you will find the commercial epicentre of Madrid: the Puerta del Sol and "Calle Preciados" , with some of the best shops in the city.
