With all the attractions that the old town of Madrid has to offer, you do not need to go far to find all the wonderful bars, clubs and hundreds of restaurants that can be found on your doorstep..

Areas of interest within walking distance from the apartment like Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Opera,from here you won't need any additional transport..

The apartment has been recently refurbished and has a modern and clean look to it; well decorated to ensure a feeling of warmth and relaxation this apartment is a great spot for your visit to Madrid. The bedroom with a double bed, two roomy wardrobes and built-in library, has a bathroom en-suite in white and black marble and window. The living/dining room has an L shaped pull over sofa for two more guests. There, the guests can relax and listen to music on the Stereo provided or watch some TV; the dining area is in front the sofa and is modern and simple in look and style. There is another half-bathroom with window discreetly conected to the living room. As you can see this cosy 65m2 apartment is ideal for any 4 people to stay in and enjoy all that Madrid has to offer...

The independent kitchen with three windows has been newly installed and is fully equipped with vitroceramic counter tops, and all the commonplace items like washing machine, oven, fridge, pots, pans, coffee machine, juicer, toaster etc., The apartment is fitted with AC to keep the guest nice and cool during the long hot summer months that are commonly enjoyed in Madrid; there is also heating for the upcoming winter and guests can be entertained by the TV and CD Player/Stereo. All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board
