This quiet apartment is located in the first floor of a majestic building, it can house up to four people, as you can use the sofa in the bedroom as a king size bed.

The apartment has a modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi for you to relax after a long day at work or touring and shopping.

From this single apartment everything is around the corner. Once you exit the apartment you find the fabulous Paseo Castellana, the vertebrae of Madrid. Besides being a beautiful passage which derives in streets such as Serrano, it'll also take you in five minutes to Real Madrid's soccer stadium, Santiago Bernabeu.

The street on the right side of the apartment is Alberto Alcocer Street, right on Cuzco's plaza. And this is without a doubt the place for businesses. Big corporations congregate in this zone. From this very same plaza you can take either the subway or one of the numerous buses that pass by right before your eyes. For those who have never been in Madrid, the subway is the fastest method of transportation and will take you virtually everywhere.

But let's not just concentrate on businesses; it is also where you'll find the most number of distinguished restaurants, from the De-Maria and Xistu, famous for hosting soccer players and movie stars, to the Fast Good, known for being the fast food restaurant of Ferrán Adriá.
