Luxury apartment ideally located apartment in a quite street on the heart of Madrid, justly renovated and carefully furnished with caoba wood floors and other quality materials. It is the perfect place to visit Madrid, even by business matters or by tourist business.
The flat is very sunny, with a big lounge with two balconies to the main street. It has a capacity up to five adults and a baby. There is a double bed in the independent bedroom, a sofa-bed at the big lounge and a extra bed, together with a cot under request. The living room area has two comfortable sofas, one of them is a sofa bed. It has an independent bedroom with a double bed, and also the kitchen and the bathroom are independent. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the house appliances: kitchen, oven, fridge, microware, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

It also has an CD Stereo Hi-fi and a DVD Player with a TV. You can choose the temperature at home, because there is air conditioning for cold and hot. Also Internet Broadband ADSL Wireless Connexion and Telephone free for local, national and incoming calls.
Metro stations: Gran Via (line 1 and 5), Callao (line 5 and 3), Chueca (line 5), Noviciado (line 2 and 10) and Tribunal (lines 1 and 10). The apartment is very well linked with all the public transports and at a walking distance to the main touristic, business and cultural places in Madrid.
