Nice and comfortable apartment , in the heart of Madrid’s historic district, 20 m from the main commercial,theater and cinema street of the city, the Gran Via.

Furthermore, the Royal Palace and the Almudena´s Cathedral are nearby, and will take 5 minutes in public transportation to get to the main Museums and walking distance to Puerta del Sol.The area is full of traditional bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a totally renewed building with elevator. The living room has two large balconied windows facing to the Gran Via street,a double sofa-bed, a coffee table, a LCD TV 32" with DVD, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and washing-drying machine. The bedroom has fitted wardrobe, queen sized bed and two night tables. The bathroom has a walk in shower with hydromassage. Bedroom and bedroom are equipped with all you may need for your stay. 30 euros final cleaning fee is not included in price.
