Summary
The apartment is on the first floor of the building at ground level at the front with a sizeable lawned area and at the first floor at the rear with a 40sqm balcony with breathtaking views across the Mar Menor towards the La Manga strip. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room/ lounge area and 3 double bedrooms.The main bedroom has en-suite bathroom with both bath and walk in shower and there is a further bathroom with bath.

La Manga Club
La Manga Club is the premier sports resort in Spain. It is set in 1,500 green and lush acres on the Costa Calida and has endless sports & leisure activities together with restaurants and bars of every description.

La Manga Club - tennis
A 2/3 minute walk to the tennis centre with it's 28 courts, mostly clay, with weekly academy and pro-academy classes and individual coaching if preferred or just hire a court for yourself. The club often organise friendly tournaments during the week.

La Manga Club is a 20 minute drive from Javier (MJV) airport and an hour from Alicante. It is situated on the Costa Calida close to Los Belones facing the Mar Menor (Europe's largest inland sea) and the Mediterranean, the La Manga strip can be seen further around the coast.
