Overview

This is a spacious apartment on the popular development of El Divino in Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida. It overlooks a lovely pool and garden area and has three balconies and a large solarium.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath and shower and a shower room. It has a fully fitted kitchen which has a hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a luxury leather suite in the living room and a flat screen TV with Sky TV and a DVD player.

Los Alcazares is ideal for families and couples. There is a great choice of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance from the apartment. There is a great supermarket a few hundred yards away, an internet cafe and various gift shops.

The beach in Los Alcazares is lovely; it is cleaned all year round and slopes down gently to the calm, warm waters of the Mar Menor. Here you can swim, snorkel, sail, kite surf...the choice is yours.
Further afield you can visit the cultural port of Cartagena and the regional capital of Murcia.

For golfers there are golf courses at either end of Los Alcazares and a 10 minute drive takes you to at least 5 others, including the famous La Manga Golf Courses.
