ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSES

Casaseuro Grandes is two 3 bedroom townhouses joined together that can be booked seperately or together, creating 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a fantastic opportunity for families to holiday together.

Casaeuro 2 and Casaeuro 3 are identical, forming Casaseuro Grandes, and are ideally situated in a position that is second to none. A 10 minute walk will to take you to the heart of Los Alcazares with an abundance of restaurants and shops to suit every palet. The beautiful fine soft sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are within a further 5 minutes.

Each townhouse has 3 levels, with the ground and first floor being living accomodation and bedrooms, with the master ensuite bedroom have a superb wrap around balcony, and the entire second level is dedicated to a spacious roof terrace.

The townhouses share the communal pool of this small and colourful complex.

Flights are to Murcia (10 minutes drive) or Alicante (1 hour)

Each townhouse has the following:

Casaeuro 2 and 3 are 3 storey new townhouses, sleeping 6 persons in each,sharing the the communal pool. There is air-conditioning on the ground floor and first floor (living area, and master bedroom) and ceiling fans in other bedrooms.

Ground Floor

Living area with leather sofas CD and DVD player and Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

Shower room and twin bedroom.

First Floor

Master double bedroom, with patio doors leading to stunning wrap around balcony, and ensuite bathroom.

Twin bedroom with 2 single beds

Top Floor

The top floor is entirely dedicated to a spacious roof terrace, with ample garden furniture: 4 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX AND AREA

Within Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and water sports enthusiasts. countryside (la Huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe, especially during the winter when local farmers take advantage of the comparatively warm weather. Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town.
