The apartment will sleep 4 comfortably and up to 6 using the sofa bed in the lounge. It is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, has all mod cons including TV, DVD and Sky TV, and is tastefully decorated on the second floor of the complex, which is easily accessed via the lifts.
Nearest airport: 2 miles (Murcia/San Javier.)
Nearest golf course: Roda Beach &Golf Resort 1 mile. (Another new course at Torre Del Rame scheduled for completion in the spring of 2006 is under construction within a 5 minute drive.)

Location & area

The apartment is located less than 5 minute drive from Murcia/San Javier airport and is just a 3-4 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars and banks. The beach is a further 4-5 minute walk, with the town centre being a 10-12 minute walk away. The historic port of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive away and the capital city of the area Murcia is about a 35 minute drive. Both Cartagena and Murcia can be reached by bus from Los Alcazares or from the nearby railway stations in Balsicas and Torre Pacheco.

Keen golfers will be delighted to learn that there are two 18 hole courses in Los Alcazares itself, with a further 7 or 8 within a 25 minute drive.
