Overview

This is an spacious apartment with a large seperate kitchen and utility room, the lounge is spacious and there is a private terrace with great views over the community pool and garden.

Both bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and the master bedroom has views over the garden and pool area.

The complex itself is gated and secure and has a 24 hour guard on duty at the main gate.

The beach is great and has a typical Spanish style beach restaurant and other facilities including toilets. During the high season you will be able to hire sun loungers with parasols and there are normally some water sports available.

Car hire is advisable for shopping trips and days out although there are some local shops we within walking distance.

Try an evening out at Puerto Cabopino or for some extra night life maybe a trip to Puerto Banus.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and clean linen and towels will be provided, there will be a mid term clean every 7 days.

Transfer time from the airport is approximately 40 minutes.
