The Apartment is well situated. Set back in a residential position, but within walking distance of all the facilities of Puerto del Carmens Old Town and the main Avenida. Near the Biosfera Shopping Complex. Within walking distance of a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Only a 10/15 minute stroll to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of local restaurants and the golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby.

The spacious lounge and dining area opens onto the patio balcony with sea view - over looking the pool and gardens. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes.
