Overview

Lovely 4 bedroom villa located in central Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It has off street car parking. The villa is on three levels. Leading from the entrance hall there is a fully equipped kitchen come sitting room with balcony looking over the pool area. On this level there are two bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and one double, and a bathroom. On the top level there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and a balcony looking out over the pool and with sea views. there is also a very large sun terrace on this level. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom with bathroom. The sitting room leads on to a patio area. Steps lead up to the pool, sun terrace with barbeque and dining area. Maid cleaning once a week with a towel change mid week. Additional cleaning available at an extra cost. Towels and bed linen are supplied with exception to beach towels. The villa has Satellite TV (Limited Channels), DVD, Stereo, Washing Machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Full Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Safe, Poolside Shower, Barbeque, Private Swimming Pool (heated in winter) and Security System.
