Overview

This converted and modernised 2 bedroom villa in Puerto del Carmen offers character and comfort as well as all modern conveniences. Handily located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, just 10 min walk uphill from the beaches and resort centre,



The villa has a mature private walled garden, private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 1.4m with ladder, heated in winter) and many interesting features, as well as lots of charm. The layout of this very pretty, atmospheric villa makes it particularly suitable for couples wanting privacy and style in a convenient location. Car hire is not essential here, but is recommended if you want to explore more of the island. The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the beautiful, unspoiled Papagayo beaches, Teguise golf course or discovering the many facets of Lanzarote. The villa is all on one storey. A gate leads through the high surrounding walls into the spacious, mature garden, pool and sun terraces. A long shaded dining veranda with BBQ stretches along one side of the house. In the main house is a cosy lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Open plan kitchen with fridge, full cooker and microwave. One double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC. A further double, shower/WC and washing machine are reached through a separate door along the veranda.
