This recently built holiday villa in a small group of just 15 villas is very conveniently situated just 100m from Matagorda beach and 150m from the nearest bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Built into the hillside with sea views, Salinas de Matagorda offers spacious accommodation, with the added advantage ofprivate swimming pools (each 6m x 3m, depth 1.1m to 1.8m with ladder). Each house is well equipped and also has its own sun terrace, BBQ and private parking, and is ideal for those looking for an inexpensivevilla close to the beach and all amenities. Puerto del Carmen, with its lively bars, excellent beach, shopping and good nightlife, is just 3km away, whilst the area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, Teguise golf course or exploring the island. We have a selection of two bedroom villa on one or twolevels.
