One of the newest developments in Lanzarote, boasting panoramic sea and mountain views
This family owned bungalow has a large, split-level terrace and private heated swimming pool.Internally it is fitted out to a very high standard, with fully fitted kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Patio doors lead from both the lounge and master bedroom onto the terraces.
The bungalow is situated in a quiet area, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main tourist areas.Recent additions include Sky TV, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and free standing fans in living area .
