La Orotava is an ancient beautiful town with a lot of history, ideal to walk and to spend and afternoon admiring the old mansions and the narrow stone- floor streets. Go by bus from Puerto de la Cruz, or park in a private parking and Visit Jardines Victoria. Plaza del Liceo (at the Liceo they usually allow visitors to enjoy the views from their roof) and also La Casa de los Balcones and Casa lercaro as the representation of a brilliant past). If you lancy a chocolate and a cake, do not miss Casa Egon behind the Town Hall, it is a very well known among locals.
