La Marina 3 bedroom luxury holiday villa rental with private pool and air-conditioning, situated in a quiet area in La Marina but just a short walk from all amenities and a 10 minute drive to the beach.
Luxury villa with your own Private pool and Driveway all within your garden with lockable gates. The villa has a south facing kidney shaped pool with floodlights at night giving a very romantic feel in the heat of summer. Lots of palm trees, conifers, orange tree, olive tree, even a lime tree.
Showing comfortable and stylish interior. Huge gothic crystal chandelier very elegantly decorated, with all mod cons incl. satellite tv, Sky, DVD, 29 inch flat screen. 2nd TV and DVD player in master bedroom. Stereo. A FULL air conditioned system with cold or hot air, in every room.
A beautiful area which is quiet, but loads of activity just a 5 minute walk away, if you want it! fantastic resturants, pubs even a nightclub, but all of this can be avoided if you just want to relax. Alicante is 20 mins away for all of the culture themes. Torreveija is probably the nightlife center of Spain, just 15 mins by car! Romantic villa with chandelier in its tower, or family hideaway with privacy and its own pool, night or day!
