One of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to a small balcony which overlooks the pool area. There is a lounge/dining area. There is a courtyard to the back of the house and a patio area at the front which houses a table & chairs. The house shares a communal pool ideal for families and is just 5 minutes walk from the beach of the Mar Menor.
