Overview

This 1st floor apartment overlooks the Tomas Maestre marina which has many excellent restaurants and bars.

Long stretches of unspoilt beaches and the famous therapeutic mud are only a few hundred metres away, with a great variety of water sports close by.

The apartment has full air conditioning, underfloor heating, two double bedrooms with balcony and great views, a fitted kitchen and two bathrooms.

The wide south facing balcony has unrestricted views over the marina and the Mar Menor. It is a relaxing place to sit in tranquil surroundings and watch the boats sail by. We are close to the marina entrance so there is always plenty of activity to watch from the comfort of the balcony.

There is an outdoor pool (about 200 meters away) open 1st March to 31st November, and paddle tennis court.

From the marina you can take boat trips, hire boats, go on a diving trip or take the foot ferry across the Mar Menor. Historic Cartagena is 30 mins away with great shopping, attractions and Roman monuments.
