The sunniest place in Europe.The apartment is in the Las Gondolas Urbanization at one of the most unusual places in the world, Situated at the sandy Veneciola beach in a prime location just 50 mtrs from the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean seas It is a strip of sand, approx. 22 kms long, which forms a barrier and encloses the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) and separates it from the Mediterranean Sea.

The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm, tranquil salt water, noted for its therapeutic properties. It has an average depth of 1.7m making it an ideal location to enjoy the many water sports available. The depth around the shore is only 0.5m and this, combined with the warm water temperature makes La Manga the perfect place for children to safely enjoy themselves.
