Overview
This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment apartment with truly magnificent views of the Mediterranean situated on the canal entrance to the Marina locted within the Puertomar complex which is located at the 14-kilometre milestone on the La Manga strip on the Mar Menor, beside the Estacio bridge and opposite the Tomás Maestre yacht marina.
Directly on the canal entrance to the Thomas Maestre Marina, On site there is a large pool in 3 parts with spa area and toddlers pool with 3 Jacuzzi's/hot tubs and a communal area, the apartment comes with its own underground garage.
It is a few minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes by car to the newly opened 9-hole pitch and put/driving range. (Approximately 24 Euro for 9 holes including club hire)
The sitting room is well equipped with a comfortable sofa that converts in to a bed , chairs, dining table & chairs.
The apartment is within walking distance to the numerous bars and restaurants that surround the Marina and just around the corner is a large supermarket, pharmacy and banks & a Burger King outlet. In addition, the newly completed promenade links all of these services together along the shores of the Mar Menor just a stone's throw away.
The marina is very beautiful and offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many types of cuisine. There are shops and days out on the Mar Menor and Mediterranean can be organised from here either sailing or power boating.
A few minutes walk in one direction will bring you to a sandy beach on the Mar Menor, with its calm, warm waters, renowned for their high mineral levels and healing qualities. Cross the road and you will find a long sandy beach fronting the Mediterranean.
A short walk in the other direction is the Tomas Maestre Marina with its café lifestyle',around the fabulous marina with boat trips around the Mar Menor
The lovely balcony has an area of 8 sq. m. which provides plenty of room to eat out with a view.

The property is located between the two seas of the Ma Menor and the Mediterranean on the beautiful La Manga Strip. The area is famous for the wonderfully warm Ma Menor and the water sports of all kinds that take advantage of the Ma Menor.
Peaceful, tranquil, plenty to do, sunny, Lam Manga in the Costa Calida (warm coast) enjoys typically 320 days of sunshine each year. So nice that celebrities and whole international football teams (eg England) take advantage of La Manga to prepare for international tournaments.
Located close to the impressive Pte Del Estacio and the Tomas Maestre marina. There is a regular bus and ferry service.
Shopping and restaurant facilities are available at the Marina and two medium sized super markets are within walking distance (5 minutes). There are plenty of restaurant to suit all tastes.
