Overview

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen with fridge/freezer,all electrical equipment and an automatic electric boiler with breakfast table for 6.The bathroom has a shower over the bath,bidet,wash basin/wc.The main bedroom has a TV/Video with double bed,wardrobes and sliding glass door onto the balcony with sea/mountain views.The 2 twin bedrooms both have glass doors onto the back terrace which can be closed of for safety, the back terrace is enclosed and completely safe for children, there are sunbeds/table chairs on the terrace.The lounge/diner seats 6 and has satellite tv ,2 sofas and a dresser with toys and games for the children, cd/video selection,sea/mountain views from the balconies.
The views are stunning,
glorious sea views, 10 minute stroll to the beach makes this an excellent base for visiting the typical Andulucian villages. Granada and Sierra Nevada for those wonderful ski-ing/walking holidays just an hours drive away. Great for a couple or family holiday, carparking available right outside the apartment block.

La Herradura is situated in the area known as the Costa Tropical,it has a unique climate caused by the mountains coming almost to the sea.The small bays are protected from the wind with sea breezes in the summer. Tropical Fruits are grown in this area.
The area is steeped in history and historical sites going back to Roman times.
One hours drive to the Sierra Nevada ski resort, ideal in the winter months and one hours drive from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada. Many local markets and not to forget Frigliana just one of the beautiful white Spanish villages.
