Overview

A spectacular detached illa, with breath taking views of La Herradura Bay. The villa is very quiet and affords the guests privacy. You are within striking distance of the beach and the luxury marina, Marina Del Este.The villa is built on two levels. The first level comprises three bedrooms, master king size double with ensuite full bathroom, and two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious split level kitchen and lounge with dining area suitable for 10 people, with terraces leading off, offering 180 degree views of the sea. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and seperate pantry, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. The vill is equipped with all the luxuries including hot an cold air cinditioning, free to view television, projection TV with the latest cinema sorround system.Below on the ground level there is a self-contained apartment with bedroom (king size bed), full kitchen, large lounge area double bed sofa-bed and full bathroom. This is ideal for larger familiea and groups, who want to take advantage of the seperate accomadation and facilities, ie grandparents, older children, nanny etc.There is ample terracing and fantastic views from the apartment to the sea. Sleeps maximum of 10 - 12 people.Sleeps maximum of 10 - 12 peolple. The villa has a huge pool (10 x 5 metres).The whole villa is furnished to the highest standard. The owners have just moved out of the villa, so the fixtures and fittings ie beds, seating in the lounge and dining area are of top quality and the same standard you would expect in your own home.

Location & area

La Herradura is a small village, which has developed around a horse shoe shaped bay with over 1 mile of beach. It is approx. 1.5 hours from Marbella, 50 min from Malaga, 15 min from Nerja, 10 min from the beautiful town of Almunecar with its castle, roman ruins, winding streets and popular Friday market, 1 hour from Granada, 1.5 hours from skiing at Sierra Nevada and 1 hour from the white villages of the Alpujarras. There are many beaches to choose from within a short drive of the house with water sports available on the beach at La Herradura. The area has many excellent restaurants and a beautiful marina (Marina Del Este).
