Overview
The apartment is west facing and boasts its own terrace and lawned area which is drenched in sunshine from midmorning until sunset. The location is suitable for golfers and holiday makers.
La Cartuja has 24 hours security guards at entrance and a small hotel with a resturant, bar and 3 communal swimming pools set amongst the tropical gardens.
Our apartment is on the ground floor fully air conditioned (hot and cold) with 2 bedroom two bathroom apartment set in beautiful landscaped gardens on the La Cartuja complex.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher with a separate utlity room with a washing machine and ironing board.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with separate wardrobe area leading through into the dressing area with 2 sinks and onto the bathroom comprising of a full size bath with shower, bidet and toilet.
The second bedroom has twin beds with built in wardrobes and en suite bathroom comprising of full size bath and shower, bidet and toilet.
The large lounge has an L shaped sofa which can convert into a sofa bed, fully working open fire, coffe table, TV and DVD player.
The dining area has a table to seat 8 people.
Car parking is right outside the front door.
