Overview
The first floor apartment is tastefully furnished with all the modern comforts needed for a relaxed and comfortable holiday on the Costa del Sol. Air-conditioning and heating are available in every room with cool marble tiled floors throughout. The apartment layout is well thought out, family friendly with all rooms accessible from the main living area but can also provide privacy for sharing couples as each bedroom has the its own bathroom and direct access to separate terraces.
The generously proportioned lounge/dining area is furnished with 2 soft leather sofas (one of which is a double sofabed), sideboard, coffee table, soft lighting and entertainment unit with TV, VCR, DVD,Satellite television and Broadband Internet connection. There is also a smart dining suite with seating for 4 guests. With plenty of sunlight flooding in through the two large windows, and both sets of french doors this stylish living space is light, bright and airy.
The galley kitchen is fitted with granite worktops and equipped with integral dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. At the rear of the kitchen area is a neat utility area playing host to a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The master bedroom has a vast array of fitted wardrobes, a large king size bed, sidetables and dressing table. French doors open onto the sunny south-east terrace. The master has its own en-suite with bath, overhead shower, marble vanity unit, wc, bidet and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, sidetable, large fitted wardrobes and is located next to the shower room with corner shower enclosure, basin and wc. The spacious south-west terrace is accessible from the second bedroom.
This fantastic apartment benefits from two spacious terraces that enjoy the sunshine from dawn until dusk as well as providing welcome shade at different times of the day. Both are accessible from the lounge area as well as both bedrooms and are well furnished with external powerpoints. The south-east terrace enjoys the morning sunshine and views of the pool and garden. Large enough to accommodate an al fresco dining suite with seating for up to 6 guests, 2 reclining chairs and gas BBQ. For the afternoon sun you will probably retreat to the south-west terrace and relax in one of the two sunloungers or relax with a cool drink at the bistro table and chairs.
