Overview

These two apartments are situated in the same building in the town of Estacion de Jimena in the province of Cadiz in Andalucia.
The building has just been subject to a total renovation and the owner has produced a beautiful mix of the old rustic traditional styling of Andalucia with the modern technological touches of Satellite TV system and keypad number coded access to the building.
Each apartment has 1 Double Bedroom, one has a bathroom and the other a shower room, spacious Living/Dining room and they share a large terrace. Each also has a Sofa bed so can therefore sleep up to 4 people.
The building is centrally situated and local bars, restaurants, shops and the railway station are within walking distance.Both can be rented for periods ranging from one night to one month in the summer to a three month maximum in the winter period.
The village lies on the edge of the Alcornocales Natural Park and there are many places to visit within the surrounding area. For those of you who like the beach, there are many good beaches within half an hour of the village.
