Overview
This studio apartment is one of our best values. Located in a classic Jerez house from the 19th Century, it is full of charm and very comfortable. The apartment has a very private patio, which overlooks the pool area. There is a game room at your disposal for a competitive game of darts or table tennis. It is located in the famous San Miguel district and about one minute's walk from Calle Larga high street stores, great tapas and public parking. Enjoy the graceful setting of a home that was respectfully restored over a period of two years. This is a great location for large groups, because there are two other flats available in the building and a can accommodate a total of ten visitors.

Location & area
Convenient location to all of the traditional Jerez attractions. There are old pretty churches and palaces galore in every direction. Great tapas bars and restaurants, high street shopping in the Calle Larga district, flamenco clubs are all in the immediate proximity and linked by lovely pedestrian areas and squares complete with fountains and monuments. The Alcázar moorish fortress which dates to the 12C, the famous sherry bodegas of Tio Pepe and others, and the Royal Equestrian Academy which is the home of the Andalusian dancing horses are all withing walking distance. Some of the best beaches are about 15 minutes away in El Puerto, Rota and Chipiona, as well as the charming white villages of Arcos and Vejer. This is a great central area that is well connected for day trips throughout the province and has an international airport and great rail and bus services.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
