The apartment is in a new-built Andalusian- style patio house in a very quiet street in the very centre of town, just off the main square. The most beautiful church in Jerez backs onto the building which consists of only 9 flats.
It has wood laminate floors, double glazing and is perfectly equipped and decorated.The heating and air-conditioning is centralised and silent.
The apartment is ideally situated for tourism, and, although it has a garage, a car is only necessary for trips outside Jerez.
The owner lives nearby and is normally available to help in any way!
