Location & area

Javea is the perfect holiday location for all and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. It lies 1.5 hours north of Murcia, 1 hour north of Alicante and 1.25 hours South of Valencia. All of these airports receive daily economy airline flights which depart from the majority of UK airports. This area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal is an 8 minute walk and the old town of Javea & port are around a 5 min drive. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are also close by with Ibiza a ferry trip away. Javea is a fantastic holiday destination.

The lovely penthouse is exquisitely furnished with no expense spared and is on two levels. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hobb. There is a washing machine in the separate utility area. The lounge is very spacious with doors opening onto the balcony with lovely views to the sea. South facing the communal swimming pool with separate splash pool for children is bathed in sunshine all day and is surrounded by lush gardens. The master bedroom is on the lower floor with an en-suite shower room. There is a twin & double bedroom on the upper floor both with private terraces and sharing a lovely modern bathroom. The communal grounds are beautifully landscaped with secure fencing all around making it safe for children. This is really a top quality penthouse with excellent facilities, including internet access and in high demand with regular clients. An excellent location with only an 8 minute walk to the Arenal Sandy Beach, many shops, bars and restaurants.
