This luxury 2 bed 2 bath ground floor duplex apartment is situated in the upmarket complex of 'La Senia' between the Port and Arenal area of Javea, close to the beaches, shops, trendy bars and restaurants with only a 3 minute stroll to the beach ! This spacious duplex comprises on the ground floor - lounge/American kitchen, separate utility, W/C and private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom en-suite with private balcony & twin bedroom en-suite with small private balcony. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and there is central heating throughout. A comfortable fold up bed is available which can sleep a 5th person. The complex has a large swimming pool with a splash pool for children set in exotic tropical gardens. Excellently located, exquisitely furnished and very popular with our clients. Location & area

Javea is the perfect holiday location for all and is located on the Costa Blanca, which is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. There are hundreds of lovely coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach which has play areas for children, showers and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets and are a mere 5 minute walk from the apartment. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Arenal and old town of Javea are also within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away.

Amenities & services

The complex is situated in tropical gardens with a large communal pool which has a splash pool for small children. The duplex is only 2 years old and has direct access to the pool and gardens. Excellently located the beach is only 3 minutes walk and there are many bars and restaurants nearby. Two excellent well stocked supermarkets are within walking distance. The complex is completely fenced in and very secure for children and safety.

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.
Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid July through to early September we can only offer Saturday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.
