The Spanish villa "La Noria" has been built on a excellent location with a lot of privacy on a plot of 2800sqm. The old town can be found at the end of the road. It's great to spend a dinner or do some shopping here after a short walk.

The interior is very spacious with open vaulted ceilings. The lounge and dining area is open plan in design. Ceiling vents in most rooms of the villa fitted for extra comfort. Marble floors. The house offers homely comforts.
