Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is situated on the North Costa Blanca Coast. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with her famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and wide selection of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal is only a 3 minute walk. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are also close by with Ibiza a ferry trip away. Javea is a fantastic holiday destination.

The apartment is non smoking and has been furnished to an outstanding quality both interior and exterior with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a south facing balcony with country views and an awning for shade . In the landscaped gardens there is a large communal swimming pool with splash pool for children. The apartment is fully fitted with hot/cold air con & gas CHTG. There is a 2nd television with playstation set up in the twin room which is great entertainment for the children. Long lets are available from October to April at special reduced rates and will be advised at the time of enquiry. More photographs of the apartment can be provided if required.
