The Apartment is situated on the ground floor of 3 stories and all the rooms are on one level, so this is ideal for families with children or those who don't want to or cannot climb lots of stairs. It has full Air conditioning which also acts as the heater, a modern kitchen with appliances, Terrace with table & chairs overlooking the fabulous swimming pool and the communal gardens, this is excellent accommodation. The international airports of L'Altet ( Alicante ) at 80km. Manises ( Valencia ) at 105km, provide links to the major European capitals.



The A7 toll motorway runs north to south through the Costa Blanca a few kilometres from the coast, with junctions for many popular coastal in inland towns, Junctions 62 and 63 connecting to the popular town of Javea. The N332 (non toll) from Valencia to Alicante passes through Gata de Gorgos, from which the A-134 branches off to Jàvea.
