Overview
This attractive villa with magnificent sea views across Javea is made up of two independent units, the lower of which is available to rent. During your stay you'll have sole use of the large swimming pool, pool terrace, barbeque and terraced dining area.
Note: During July & August the villa is available to rent in its entirety so the apartment is not available separately. Please see JAV3501
This independent two bedroom level of the villa has all the amenities to ensure you relax and enjoy your holiday in comfort. As you enter the villa grounds, walk down the few stone steps, around the side of the villa, to the entrance for the lower level. The front door leads into the large living room, with seating for 6. The sofa turns into a double bed, and there a blinds on the windows for privacy. There is a TV, video, Hi-Fi, games, books and a collection of videos provided for your entertainment. Through the stone arch to your left you'll find the dining room with dining table & chairs, again for 6. The kitchen is ahead and has all you'll need, including, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, liquidiser, kettle & toaster. Pass through the door to the hall and you'll find the main bathroom immediately to your right, behind the kitchen. Further along the hall on your right is a small utility room housing the washing machine. To your left is the large twin bedroom and ahead is the very spacious master double bedroom, with en-suite shower room. There is ample room for an additonal foldaway bed or cot, available upon request.
As you exit the accommodation, the swiming pool and terraces are ahead and to your left, complete barbeque with tables & chairs ideal for 'al fresco' dining overlooking the pool. The pool and terrace is just below to your left, the pool being apx. 8m x 4m with a large sun terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers and terrace furniture to relax and soak up the sun.

Overshadowed by the impressive Montgo mountain, the lively resort of Javea, (Xabia in Valenciano), is made up of three principal areas, the Arenal beach, the Port and the Old Town.
The Arenal beach area is the most recent development and has a lovely large horseshoe shaped sandy beach overlooked by a promenade full of shops, bars, nightclub, and a good variety of restaurants. The sea here is shallow and gently sloped and is ideal for children. You can hire motor boats from the marina entrance, (not cheap but loads of fun), and explore the many nearby coves and beaches some of which are inaccessible by land.
Behind the Arenal beach front area are many shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of cuisine and theres even a couple of decent Indian restaurants to choose from. There are several Scuba Diving centres here as well.
Travel along the coast road from the Arenal beach and you come to Javea Port. Here youll find a good variety of established shops, services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets including a British one. At the Cine Javan near the Mas Y Mas supermarket English Version films are shown and listings can be found in the port Tourist Office as well as in the CB Friday paper.
Explore the old town with its narrow winding streets and squares spread across the hill. Again, here youll find various, more typically Spanish shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The weekly market is held on a Wednesday in the Old Town and is very popular so get there early if you want to park nearby!
Follow the Carretera Del Denia coastal road north towards Denia and youll enter the Parc Natural del Montgo. There are some popular walks in this National Park and you can visit the Cap de San Antoni lighthouse overlooking Javea Port or explore the Els Molins windmills, dating back to the Moorish occupation.
If you follow the coastal road south from Arenal beach youll eventually come to the Cap de Nau lighthouse. There is a restaurant next to the lighthouse that has stunning views along the rugged coastline. Heading back towards Javea, take the Cami de la Granadella road on your left which leads you to the small pebbly Granadella beach. In the summer there are a couple of shops and restaurants serving this usually quiet and pretty little cove.
On the Carretera de Gata main road out of Javea heading towards Gata de Gorgos and the N332, youll soon notice a large Horse Riding Centre on you right. The centre is open all year round and caters for all level of rider.
Javea has plenty to enjoy and keep you occupied whatever your tastes and budget.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
