The accommodation comprises a lounge-diner with TV and DVD, kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom or twin, shower room and a covered terrace with table and chairs. The ground floor apartments have a small BBQ and sun loungers. There is also hot and cold air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms (except for in ref GBBU). The apartments have their own underground parking space with lift access to the apartment.

The apartment is located within walking distance to the sandy Arenal beach with children's play areas. There are also supermarkets, bars and restaurants only a few minutes away. From Easter to the end of summer there is a children's fairground situated within walking distance from the apartment.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
